I’ve been seeing Jodi this summer for my (almost) chronic sciatica. After two sessions, the numbness in my hamstring started going away and the tingling, uncomfortable sensations went away. I just went to my third, and hopefully last, session for my sciatica. The comparison from two months ago to now is extraordinary. My hamstring feels amazing thanks to Jodi! For anyone contemplating a deeper approach to wellness than is typically offered by allopathic medicine, and can recognize and appreciate consummate accomplishment in a practitioner’s dedication to their craft, you’ve discovered a true gem. Jodi and her staff exude a truly authentic concern and caring for one’s health and well being that is unmatched anywhere. I’ve spent a lifetime observing how technicians and professionals approach their work, and have seen many tremendous failures as well as even more mediocre performances. I can say with great conviction, that Longevity Health Center is the antithesis of all that has failed us in the modern health care system. My first session was unlike anything I’ve yet experienced in the dozens of acupuncturist visits I’ve completed since the early 1980’s. It truly changed my life in ways I’m still being made aware of. I’m looking forward to my next visit with confidence that the chronic pain I’ve been enduring will continue to be diminished.
The atmosphere upon entering the premises exudes a very high vibratory frequency, that was felt viscerally, and only grew in intensity throughout my session. I found I needed to sleep a few hours after returning home because of the incredibly intense work that was done. I’ve yet to meet each member of the team, but I can say without hesitation, that only the best and brightest have made a home there. As one who had made restoration a focus of my life’s work, I felt my own body, mind, and spirit, being restored to wholeness. Ten stars would be more accurate to describe my experience.

I saw Dr. Andrea, and oh my gosh. I’ve been going to massage, chiropractor, PT, FOR YEARS. While my problems has eased up, they always seem to be back to where they were 1, 2, 3 weeks ago. I saw some acupuncture videos on Instagram, and I thought why not try it. Out of desperation, I found Longevity on Google and made an appointment. Dr. Andrea was thorough, looked at my tongue, knew exactly what some of my problems were. She then explained and was very gentle with me, being a little nervous about what it entails, to have so many needles on my body. She took the time I needed and it was amazing. I had never felt so relieved like I had after my first acupuncture appointment! This last time was the third time I’ve been to her, and I had extremely tight low back, glutes, and hamstrings, and oh man, it has been a very long time since I’ve felt this good. What a wonderful place. Very modern, beautiful and clean facility. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Acupuncturists here are very knowledgeable and really care about helping relieve my pain. I haven't met Jodi, but I can vouch for Andrea. I never had acupuncture before seeing Andrea and she took my hesitations away immediately. She's does a super job and listens to your specific needs. She's extremely polite and positive.

I have been a regular at Longevity for two full years now, and I simply cannot list all the reasons for why I keep on coming back!!!

I am an endurance athlete and weightlifter by hobby, and also struggle with anxiety, depression and sporadic sleep cycles. Needless to say, my body and  mind are pretty beat up, all the time!

I have seen Jodi once a month, every month, for the past two years, and she is seriously one of the greatest people I've ever met. She's incredibly knowledgeable in her craft, and she actually takes the time to understand her patients and get to the core problem(s) for why they are experiencing their ailments. Whether it's acupuncture/needling, cupping, heat treatment or moxibustion, Jodi caters her practice to your specific needs and ALWAYS delivers. Beyond Jodi's work, both Charity and Peyton at the front desk are wonderful people as well, and it always brightens my experience to be greeted by them upon entry!

All in all, I will always give Longevity the highest review possible, and for as long as I am in Spokane, I will continue to go here for acupuncture services!
